A two-time cancer survivor, Charlie shared his personal journey of overcoming significant life challenges and the lessons he has learned along the way. Following a successful career as a chartered accountant and a period of depression, he established Climb Your Mountain in 2008 to promote the positive impact that physical challenges can have on mental health and wellbeing.
Drawing on his experiences, Charlie delivered a powerful and engaging talk that resonated with attendees, highlighting the importance of resilience, purpose and personal growth. He has also gone on to author a number of self-help and motivational books, helping others to navigate their own challenges and achieve their potential.
