The Green Hustle 2025 is all about love, joy and creativity. Taking place on 31st of May – 1st of June in the Old Market Square, the festival aims to provide inclusive spaces for connecting with nature and sustainability across Nottingham. Past themes have included oceans and waterways and common ground. This year, the theme is growing together. Adam Pickering

Locally born and raised Adam Pickering was a winner of the prestigious Nottingham Award in 2023 for his lasting impact on the city and local people.
As Partnerships Manager and Environment Editor at LeftLion he’s driven the publisher to become one of the city’s first carbon neutral businesses. Founder and sustainability lead of the community-powered Hockley Hustle charity music and arts festival, he’s now co-director of climate and nature action festival and CIC Green Hustle. Champion of democratic and economic inclusion, he’s also part of Nottingham Climate Assembly and convener/facilitator of the Resolve campaign.
Adam will talk about Green Hustle Festival 2025’s theme of ‘Growing Together’; how Nottingham businesses can practically act on climate change whilst growing our local economy inclusively and sustainably, all evidenced via inspiring stories of local action.
The Timetable
What to expect...
Arrival at 11:45, sign in and collect your badge before being escorted into the reception area.
Enjoy a bit of opening networking with the other members and guests of the lunch. Drink included.
Sit down for a two course lunch including a starter and a main followed by coffee. After lunch the guest speaker will take to the podium for their speech.
The meeting and lunch is drawn to a close.
Guests and members are invited to continue their discussions at Saltbox.
Parking is available at NCP Nottingham Stoney Street.
