Beyond the boardroom, James spent two years cycling 41,000km solo around the world, has completed solo hikes across three continents and achieved the first triathlon to span an entire nation.

Known for delivering relatable, honest and energising keynote presentations, James combines powerful lessons from business, leadership and adventure to leave audiences inspired and equipped with practical strategies they can put into action immediately.
James is also an ambassador for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably), supporting its vital work in mental health and suicide prevention.
