Our founder, Fazane Fox, has been working in fashion design and product development for almost twenty years now.
With experience of developing and producing ranges for the likes of Hobbs, Jaeger, Monsoon, Boden, Whistles, John Lewis and many more, she understands the needs of established brands.
Because Fazane has designed and produced clothing collections for her own womenswear label too, she knows what it takes to launch a fashion brand and run a start-up.
Today she helps start-ups create their first collection, supports fashion designers to develop high-quality, mass-produced commercial products in the UK and enables established brands to upscale their production offshore....... and she does it with the support of a hand-picked team of fashion industry experts.
Fazane is also an external adviser to the Innovative Fashion Production MA at the London College of Fashion and an MSE Partner at the University of the Arts, London for the "Re-Thinking Fashion Design & Entrepreneurship: Fostering Sustainable Practices" research project.
Fazane reached the finals of the Great British Entrepreneur Awards for the Fashion & Beauty Entrepreneur of the Year and again in 2021. For 2023 she has reached the finals again but this time for the Creative Entrepreneur of the Year!
